You may be asking yourself, what’s a Dongle? Well the purpose of a Dongle is for users who don’t have integrated Bluetooth in their computers. The best way to check if you have integrated Bluetooth is to go to the Control Panel and then Device Manager. If your computer has integrated Bluetooth, you will see an “OEM Bluetooth Radio” i.e Intel, Broadcom, etc. and Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator.
